Last updated: August 29, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AuditGate, a product of Zynterra Innovations Ltd ("AuditGate," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, waitlist, and platform (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AuditGate is currently in private beta. Some features described on our site may not yet be generally available, and the Service is provided on an early-access basis subject to change.
1. Description of Service
AuditGate provides continuous API security monitoring, including traffic analysis via a reverse proxy, active vulnerability scanning, findings, alerts, and compliance-oriented reporting. Features, plans, and availability may change as the product evolves.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to scan or monitor APIs or systems you do not own or are not authorized to test.
- Attempt to disrupt, degrade, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without our written consent.
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third party's rights.
You are solely responsible for obtaining any authorization required before pointing traffic or running scans against a target through AuditGate.
4. Customer Data & API Traffic
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service, including API traffic and configuration ("Customer Data"). You grant us a license to process Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.
5. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing
Paid plans, where applicable, are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase. We may change pricing with advance notice before it applies to your next billing cycle.
6. Intellectual Property
AuditGate and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including our software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as necessary to use the Service.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party tools you choose to connect (e.g. GitHub, GitLab, Slack, Jira). Your use of those integrations is subject to the third party's own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AuditGate does not guarantee that the Service will detect every vulnerability or misconfiguration, and use of the Service does not guarantee compliance with any regulatory framework or standard.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditGate and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AuditGate harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your unauthorized use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we will handle Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by email or a notice on our site, before the changes take effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Zynterra Innovations Ltd is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
